  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.

2. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., for items not in their original condition, damaged items, or items returned past the 30-day window).
